We're pleased to announce that Autofill by Linkedin is now available for use in Clinch calls-to-action.
Now, with a single click, candidates can see CTAs on job pages and career sites automatically update to reflect their information as it appears in LinkedIn.
Autofill by LinkedIn benefits both the candidate and the recruiter
Not only does this feature facilitate faster, easier completion of calls-to-actions by candidates, enhancing the candidate experience as a result, it also sends that candidate’s LinkedIn profile information over to their candidate record in the Clinch CRM.
With a more complete picture of each candidate at hand, plus the ability to message them from the very same screen, recruiters are now able to engage in outreach that is more personalized and better informed which in turn, leads to smarter, more effective hiring.
Clinch is in the process of rolling out Autofill by LinkedIn to all its customers, and the initial signs are very encouraging, with one early adopter reporting significant candidate uptake in the first 72 hours of the feature going live.
Please note: the use of Autofill with LinkedIn is optional for candidates. Some may prefer to enter their details manually, or, they may not have a LinkedIn account. Additionally, because Clinch focuses on the pre-application stage of the candidate journey and does not manage applications, Clinch customers should be aware that this feature is not the same as “Apply with LinkedIn.”
